Regulatory notes for buyers in the UAE
Medicines must be registered with the UAE federal drug regulator (MOHAP / Emirates Drug Establishment) and imported through a licensed UAE pharmaceutical importer. Controlled and semi-controlled medicines need additional permits.
We provide the product and manufacturer documents needed for registration and import release.
Shipping and lead times
Air freight to Dubai (DXB) usually takes about 2–4 days including clearance. Sea freight from Nhava Sheva to Jebel Ali takes about 1–2 weeks.
Every order can be followed online with an order ID and access code in our client portal, from confirmation to delivery.
