Regulatory notes for buyers in Nigeria

Medicines sold in Nigeria must be registered with NAFDAC (National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control) and imported by a Nigerian company under a NAFDAC import permit. Pharmaceutical premises are licensed by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN), and controlled medicines need additional permits.

We provide the manufacturer documents your regulatory team needs – CoA, GMP certificate, COPP and product information – and work with your clearing agent on pre-shipment requirements.

Shipping and lead times

Air freight from Mumbai or Delhi to Lagos (LOS) usually takes about 4–7 days including clearance. Sea freight from Nhava Sheva to Apapa or Tin Can Island takes roughly 4–6 weeks. We quote on EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP, CFR or CIF terms.
